White Oak Pastures makes sausages from whole muscle cuts like pork butts and hams. All of their sausages are handmade on-farm in small batches using simple ingredients that showcase the quality of the lean meat. Unlike commodity sausage, they don't use any binders or extending agents. This keeps the flavors pure and the bite crisp. There are few farms making their own line of sausages, so we are excited to offer this unique opportunity to our customers.
