This natural processed Yirgacheffe has a big, berry flavor and floral aromatics with winey acidity. Perfect in a pour over or Aeropress.

This lot comes from the farm of Tigist Waqo, who is one of the few women-owned coffee farmers in the country. Tigist owns an 8 hectare farm where she produces some of the highest quality coffees in the region.
