Instructions for use: 

-children 1-5 years of age: take 1/2 tsp once daily for prevention (up to 5 days per week)
-children 6-12 years of age: 1/2tsp-1tsp once daily for prevention (up to 5 days per week)
-Adult and children over 12 years of age: take 2tsp-1Tbsp once daily for prevention (Up to 5 days per week)

Place the elixir under the tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing. If feelings of sickness arise take your suggested dosage 3 times per day until symptoms subside.
