Fully cooked and ready to eat, these local whole Springer Mountain chickens have been prepared, seasoned, and roasted by the STC team. 

Ingredients: Whole Springer Mountain chicken, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, ground fennel, black pepper, kosher salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, mustard powder, ground fenugreek, Aleppo pepper, sumac, cayenne, oregano, cold pressed sunflower oil, cold pressed olive oil

To Reheat: 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Take the thawed chicken out of its packaging and place in an oven safe baking dish. Add about 1 cup of chicken stock or broth to the bottom and cover with foil. The broth will help moisten up the chicken.
3. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and let roast another 4-5 minutes to crisp up the skin.
4. Serve warm and enjoy
