Butaman Steamed Pork & Veggie Buns

Azuki’s Kitchen Butaman, Japanese Pork and Veggie Buns are made in Suwanee by
Japanese native Miki Katayama with Non-GMO, natural ingredients, and pasture raised
meats. Butaman (“Buta” means pork, and “Man” means buns in Japanese) is a steamed bun
made with flour and seasoned ground pork and vegetable filling. It is originated from
Chinese pork buns, Baozi, but the wheat flour wrap of Japanese Butaman is softer and
fluffier than Chinese Baozi. It is also called Nikuman (“Niku” in Japanese means meat)
mainly in the southern area of Japan.

These delicious pork and vegetable steamed buns are made with Organic/Non-GMO local
vegetables and all natural non-GMO pasture raised/organic pork from. The wheat buns are
homemade with Non-GMO unbleached wheat flour.

Each package comes with two pieces and a homemade lemon soy sauce with freshly squeezed organic lemon for dipping.  

Serves 2
Net Wt. 7.8 oz (220g). Sold frozen.

Serving direction: Just reheat for 2 minutes in microwave.
